Hello everyone, the new Suwanee park is open. Town Center on Main is near old Town Center, in between the fire station, library and little kid’s playground. It’s pretty modern and fancy. There’s a big reflection pool, but with the tree line and elevation it might be hard to get some sunsets. The bridge though is pretty high up and would be good for that. Like most modern cityscapes I don’t think it would work too well for couple’s photos and pretty portraits, but for large prom groups, it’s logistically great.
The sign says no bicycling but as you can see from one my shots, there’s a dude riding on the bridge. I did see bike racks, so maybe? There’s no shops or restaurants here so the vibe isn’t the same as the OG town center one block over. The grass field is still plenty big for frisbee. And oh now we finally have two very nice sand volleyball courts, right near the reflection pool.
