What a fun day with friends at Porsche NA down in Atlanta. I drive by this place often since it’s right beside the airport, and it was so cool to finally visit “Avengers HQ!” in person. Thanks to Raj for the gift, and Donald for taking awesome photos of me. Driving the 911 was amazing, but the visual person in me couldn’t help but also be inspired by the architecture and lighting of the facility. It’s so hard in the real world to find an easy spot to photograph a car, but here, almost every corner is a mock city studio with the shadows and lines that make for interesting compositions.
It was a cold day down here in the south, with some of the snow still lingering on the streets, so I went with the cooler white balance tones from the Fujifilm cameras I brought.
My Loadout for today: Nikon D700 and 200mm f/2, Fuji GFX 50S and 50mm, Fuji X-E1 and 16-50mm

Even the parking garage has race cars

It was pretty cold out on the balcony. After I got home I realized I should have worn my vintage Gran Turismo 2 hoodie. It is the “Real Driving Simulator” after all and I sure have logged many a mile in that game during my youth. 😉
