It was a fun hangout on Sunday with old friends. By old I mean really old, like older than the digicam pictured above! 🙂

For today’s gear loadout I remembered to bring the ancient technology–a Nikon Coolpix 3700 digicam from 2003 A.D.!  The images are still charming as it makes every shot look like a party at the Paradox back in the day!  Crazy how all the young folks are driving up the prices of these things, which used to be so plentiful in junk drawers and thrift stores.  I guess some people are tired of the cell phone look, and want the vibe of when things were more “real.”

Normally I put these “bonus” photos at the end of my photo recaps, but I think they really do sum up a fun event and belong front and center!  Also, if there’s ever a night dance event at the shop I’d love to sneak in my Trance playlist. ﾍ(￣ー￣)ﾉ ◙▒◙

Our adventure continued with food at Batavia Indonesian in Doraville!

We also browsed books at the Cat Book store.  Lots of cool random things downstairs if you’re willing to rummage.

The rain stopped long enough for us to get dessert at Frosty Caboose.  Can’t believe I’ve known these old men jokers since High School. Thanks guys for sharing this journey.
