It’s been a crazy long winter down here in Georgia (some of the okame cherry tree photos were shot on a 32 degree morning on Feb 22!), here’s hoping the warm weather will fully return soon so I can get some more photo shoots done! As of this week, the peach blossoms have started (the last photo) and hopefully the yoshino cherry trees will bloom again. I like how in anime and manga, the object of affection is also shown with flowers in the sparkling and dreamy bg, and sakura can represent the fleeting nature of life and beauty. Everything is impermanent for sure.
