In addition to my antique store rummaging for camera gear, I’ve started to pay more attention to the vintage clothes that I could possibly use for some future shoots. I’m definitely not wired for fashion, but here are some bargains that caught my eye that I had to purchase. Photographed here at the “studio” with Goldie as the model. 🙂 The brown overcoat with the orange lines reminds me of the stylistic decision by comic book and manga artists to render futuristic characters or assassins. It also recalls what 1960’s and 70’s Gwen Stacy or Mary Jane might have worn in the Spider-Man comics. All I need is to find a nice girl that can wear the hairband…yes we all do…
