I had no idea there was a hot air balloon festival in “nearby” Anderson, South Carolina!  Very cool small town feel on an area of land almost as big as Piedmont Park.  The mini petting zoo and unicorn balloon were definitely the highlights.  These are photos from a short stay on a Friday.  The festival goes on throughout Labor Day weekend.  Some photos were shot on the GFX with a $16 generic 28mm 2.8 Nikon mount lens.  It’s so hazy on the inside but it definitely gives a unique lofi look.
