Notes: Just some random gear talk. Nowadays people enjoy talking about photography and photography related gear just as much as taking the pictures–or perhaps even more so…hopefully most of the shutter bugs out there drive their machines once in awhile. The iPhone 4 camera seems to have something like a ~35mm equivalent f/22 lens. Which in visual […]

Notes: …inbetween snaps I think about it, I sing the songs in my head, the ones that in any other situation, sitting in traffic or sitting on the couch, get drowned out by other concerns, but at the right time, it works, it tugs, it pulls, it makes you aware of the moment, the ones […]

Notes: Just random clips thrown together, 5D mk II and D90, mostly handheld, and of course manual focus on everything. One could see the advantages of the little “HD” cameras out there with their extreme depth of focus (i.e. every unnecessary thing in focus), but I still like the messups and the old 16mm look. Song is […]

Fun meetup at the 57th Fighter’s Group, a restaurant/bunker with lots of army and airplane props, and the Dekalb county airport in the background. Here are the shots I got out of the craziness. Thanks to Eric and the Atlanta Photo/Model meetup group for organizing, and thanks to Nhi, Brittany, and Breanna for coming out. 3 different cameras […]
