Canon EOS RP + EF 85mm 1.2L<\/p><\/div>\n

Hello everyone, just thought I’d post a few random photos from the last couple of years taken with the Canon RP and EF 85mm f\/1.2L.\u00a0 This is the mark II version of the lens and it focuses quite well with the EOS to R Canon adapter.\u00a0 This lens was pretty sluggish on older DSLRs and you never knew if it nailed the focus correctly, but on mirrorless this lens really takes on a new life.\u00a0 Even wide open at f\/1.2 the eye auto focus just works and puts this camera into easy mode.\u00a0 For this fall season in 2022 I’ve finally tweaked some picture profile and white balance settings on the RP that really make it an easy top choice for portraits this time of year.\u00a0 My goal is to make a photo book for every camera+lens combo that I have or have borrowed and this one has definitely rendered some pretty images!<\/p>\n
