Pahn, Bomb Crater Village"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This was another village in Xieng Khouang that the group visited, in hopes of finding another place needing a preschool.\u00a0 The &#8220;road&#8221; from Phonsavanh to Ban Panh made the road to Samneau seem like a pleasure cruise, and I had to\u00a0walk around to clear my head.\u00a0 It was crazy how after 30 plus years, there were still bomb craters here and there.\u00a0 When we got there, the villagers were filling in a large crater, to build a volleyball\/kataw field.\u00a0 I bought some candy for the Hmong kids and as they were following me, they just happened to stroll into an empty bomb crater, which is shown in the photo below.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.b-vong.com\/journal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/09\/bvong_pix_laos_bomb_crater_village.jpg\" alt=\"bvong_pix_laos_bomb_crater_village.jpg\"
