Notes: Was super hot walking up the mountain and we got rained on as we were almost to the top. In typical Georgia summer fashion, it didn’t last long, and it actually made for some most pleasant weather, and of course the pools of water for the photos. One of those situations where you think it was bad timing, but actually turned out to be the opposite. There was also a fox on top of the rock, scavenging and unafraid of humans. Because of us, it probably now has a liking for Peking duck.
